Monday.

Well kiddo's it is the last Monday of August... where has the time gone? I've been diligently working on some extra special blog posts to entertain y'all but I have been spending SO SO much time at Not Starbucks that I have barely had time to do anything else! While I was lazing around today and keeping up with my Bible Quote of the Day App, I read this little scripture gem and wanted to share with y'all!

From Thessalonians 5: 16-18:
Rejoice always. Pray without ceasing.  Give thanks in everything. For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for all of you.

It just seemed so fitting in this time of transition most of us big kid jobless post grad's are feeling.

We cook these every week at the summer camp I worked at for years and they are delicious and remind me of childhood.

Sonnet Saturday

There are a lot of theme day of the week postings out there on the blogsphere. Today I am hoping to create my own with Sonnet Saturday.  A tribute to the often misunderstood and frequently neglected world of poetry.  This first post is not exactly a poem but in the same genre.  It is a love written written by Johnny Cash to his beloved wife, June.  I have been thinking a lot about life and love lately and I just love Johnny and June. So without further ramblings here is the first Sonnet Saturday post!

I really do love working for you but I think I am beginning to gain too much dependency on all the espresso you provide me with!

I really like the sun and all but its really freakin hot outside and we need some rain !

I am so proud of you for becoming adults and despite all of the obnoxiousness we got ourselfs into in college we have all found our own kinds of success!
