The Rest is Still Unwritten.

The rest of our lives are unwritten stories that could fill pages and pages of an empty journal.  A typical day could be mundane, thrilling, or sometimes downright horrifying but at the end of the day something has been accomplished.  Thankfully we have 365 days each year  to make memories, both spectacular and awful; to go on successful adventures -- or adventures that cause nothing but hilarious memories.  To make these goals a reality, we often devise a bucket list: a list of goals and dream to be achieved before we get the bucket. Ever since the invention of Pinterest I have been keeping track oaf some of my more adventurous  plans via my Pinboard so cleverly entitled The Rest is Still Unwritten, not just because it was the theme song to the Hills but because really and truly the rest is still unwritten. Here are some of the feats that I hope to accomplish in the next 80ish years of my life, some are outlandish and extremely lofty while others are incredibly simple or easily attainable :
1.Backpack Europe
2.Visit Lake Retba in Senegal
3.Go camping at Lake Martin in Alabama
4. Go back to Uganda
5.Get a small tattoo that means a lot
6. Live in Belize for an extended period of time
7. Create a secret family recipe
8. Visit the Narrows in Texas
9.Have my children grow up as Harry Potter nerds
10.Visit South Africa
11. Have a closet full of shoes
12. Stand with one foot on either side of equator
13.Stop biting my nails... repentantly
14.Own a beach house
15.Hold a baby panda
16. visit New Zeland
17. try pasta and pizza in Italy
18.walk on the Great Wall of China
19.Own a pair of Louboutains
20. Go to Fiji
21. Best my best friend's Maid of Honor
22. Kiss on top of a Ferris Wheel
23. Watch the Ball drop in Times Square
24. Go to Carlos Bakery
25.Swim with dolphins
26. Visit Denali
27. Visit every United State
28. Be in two places at once.
29. Go to Greece.
30. Go on an Africa Safari.
31. To set foot on all seven continents
32.Visit auschwitz.
33. Visit the Louvre.
34. Have my favorite author sign my favorite book
35. Teach in the inner city
36. Be voted Teacher of the Year every year of my career.
37. Visit the Lover's Bridge
38. Make a wish at the Trevi Fountain
39. Visit Austria's Green Lake
40. Watch a baseball game in every National League stadium
41.. Attend a football game in every SEC stadium and the Southern ACC stadiums

that is what I have for now, what's on your bucket list?
